Sui Tsurugi

Sui is a small Raen from Sui-no-Sato who's searching Eorzea for someone, or something very important to her. She's a small, meek little thing from beneath the Ruby Sea, raised with the teachings of peace.

Apperance:Her mercurial irises only add to the girls otherworldly appearance. Her hair is a deep autumn, nearly fully red. Her lips a paler pink. She seems to have a natural stain of red at the corners of her eyes that only brings out the milky texture of her smooth skin… the glean in her polished ivory scales. She looks like an unpainted, pristine canvas in all places without color. Her eyes a living, liquid metal that openly express deep-seated and pure emotion. Fear had deeply etched itself within them, as had a loneliness that invited one to sink inside those metallic depth until one could attempt to find a bottom that may not exist. As well as a set, stubborn courage that she's donned all too long ago.

About

Height: 4'9.5"
Weight: 82 ponz.
From: Sui-no-Sato
Skin color: Pale, milky white with peach undertones.
Eye color: Mercurial
Hair color: Deep auburn/red
Features: Petite, but sturdy. She's the body of someone that has never done labor nor been in a fight. But she's lith, like she's had a proper diet (mostly fish, wonder why....) throughout her life.
Personality:
Sui is a brand-new character, I don’t know how far you are in story of FFXIV if you play, but she’s from a hidden village under the waves of the Ruby Sea. Because of storyline spoilers, she is forever searching for her mother, and has since found that there’s a chance that she is in Eorzea. There, she’s lost. But determined, even though she’s timid and afraid, she HAS TO make her way through this new, scary and strange land if she wants to see her mother again. She’s a Conjurer, and is crap at offensive magic but can just barely make do. Healing is her strong suit.
Notes from the writer:
Sui/Maho is like having something sweet for the first time. Not knowing that it existed before, and now that you do you need more. I love her character, and I made her so that I could get to experience writing with someone that while is wise, can also be naïve and sweet. Wants to take in all of the world, and be comforted as well. Will continue to fight and strive, even when the world crumbles down on her time and time again. She'll never be tarnished, nor broken. And even though she'll cry and have boogers everywhere, there's a grace about her that is unmistakable.
She's meant to be soft and strong, lacking but put together where it counts for her. Imperfect, but capable of fitting perfectly with anything she could stick herself to. A wonderful and beautiful concept that I can write and experience like an amazing book I've always wanted to read, or a show that I've always wanted to watch.

Backstory

Sui - ((Sui, Rean))
Sui hails from Sui-no-Sato, where her people lived in peace for hundreds of years. She'd had a notable talent for the healing arts, and it was nurtured to the best of her peoples abilities. Of course, their old ways were nowhere near where her potential could reach. She can easily grow outside of her home if ever given the chance.
Her story starts where Sui’s mother had escaped the looming fear that the void had unleashed upon their home below the Ruby Sea, taking Sui and her younger sibling with them. They’d found refuge with the Confederate, working their way in any way they could along the docks and ships… her mother being taken by Garlean forces and her sibling being send back beneath the waters after the Ruby Princess’ savior was found in The Warrior of Light.Sui hadn’t returned, instead attempting to help with those saved after Doma was won back by her people. Ever on the look for her mother. Being taken across the Steppe and across the lands… not once finding even a whisper of her mother. She’d end up meeting a rather… peculiar fellow that rammed his skull into any dangerous situation he could without regard to the cost to himself. She’d saved the man who’d felled a wild beast attacking her, and had gotten wounded in the process. As, Sui's gentle touch was capable of healing light to moderate wounds and could easily assist with severe ones as well. She’d accidentally gotten this man on to help her find her mother, and found herself constantly learning more and more about her craft through the hard-headed male who leapt into trouble whenever he thought he could be someone’s hero… sadly, Sui was too nice, too meek to tell him that he might just be all of the lands largest idiot. Now, through help of the Confederate they’d ended up on foreign lands with another chance to find her mother. She stands close to the endearing shield she’d found in the Stepps, and seeks to find more about her magic here as well as what she can about the scrap of information that lead them here.
